NDT Technicians Level II

Position Summary:

MISTRAS Group, Inc. is seeking experienced Level II NDT Technicians to join its Washington office. The ideal candidates should possess proven expertise or previous certification in at least two NDT methods, ensuring the highest standards of inspection quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform non-destructive testing using approved methods such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Radiography (RT), and Radiation Safety (Rad Safety).
• Conduct inspections in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports and related documentation.
• Ensure that all inspection equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and used safely.
• Adhere strictly to MISTRAS Group’s safety, quality, and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain technical proficiency and certifications.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
• Proof of classroom training hours and previous Level I/II certifications with supporting OJT documentation.
• Prior experience or certification in at least two NDT methods (UT, PT, MT, RT, or Rad Safety).
• Strong understanding of inspection codes, procedures, and reporting standards.
