Position Summary:

The NDT Technician will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing and inspection activities on industrial materials and components, including welds, raw materials, and castings. The role involves applying advanced inspection techniques, evaluating results, and ensuring accurate documentation. The position operates within industrial environments such as refineries, chemical plants, and power plants, supporting safety, quality, and compliance in line with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) and inspection of welds, raw materials, and castings using techniques such as MT, PT, VT, UT, RT, LT, ET, CRT, PA-UT, TOFD, and on-site replica taking
  • Conduct professional evaluation and accurate documentation of inspection results
  • Apply digital and advanced inspection techniques as required
  • Work in industrial environments including refineries, chemical plants, and power plants
  • Adhere to scheduled working hours, including afternoon or night shifts as needed

Qualifications:

Required

  • MSZ EN ISO 9712 certification with RT2 qualification
  • User-level computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
  • Category B driving license with active driving skills
  • Ability to work in shifts, including afternoon or night schedules
  • Clean moral character
  • Reliability and precision in work
  • Strong technical interest
  • Openness to learning and applying digital and advanced techniques

Preferred

  • MSZ EN ISO 9712 RT-D2 certification
  • Experience in digital radiographic examination of welded joints
  • Active German and/or English language skills
  • Willingness to work abroad
  • Valid PAV II career suitability test
  • ADR 7 certificate

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability with a continuous standby work schedule (3-month working time frame)
  • Ability to work at locations across Hungary and Slovakia under industrial operating conditions
