NDT Technician

Position Summary:

• VCxray Inspection Services GmbH is seeking an NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Technician to join its team at the Sinsheim location. VCxray Inspection Services provides professional X-ray and CT inspection services, specializing in fast, precise, and customer-focused inspection processes to support high quality standards in industrial manufacturing.
• The role focuses primarily on industrial X-ray inspection of customer components, evaluation and documentation of inspection results, and preparation of inspection reports. Depending on requirements, the technician may also perform Penetrant Testing (PT) and CT inspections and support the further development of additional NDT methods.

Responsibilities:

• Perform industrial X-ray inspections on customer components.
• Evaluate and document inspection results.
• Prepare inspection reports.
• Perform Penetrant Testing (PT) and CT inspections as required.
• Support the further development of additional NDT methods.
• Work with high-tech inspection equipment in practical industrial applications.

Qualifications:

• Ideally, successful further training in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
• Professional experience in NDT, particularly in X-ray and Penetrant Testing.
• Ideally certified according to EN ISO 9712 or EN 4179 in RT-D / RT-NF Level 1 or Level 2.
• Additional NDT method certifications are desirable.
• Good computer skills and confident use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong quality awareness and a careful approach to work.
• Enthusiasm for practical work involving high-tech equipment.
• Enjoyment of teamwork.
• Willingness to learn new skills and develop professionally.
• Very good German language skills; English is desirable.
