NDT Technician

Position Summary:

Sonomatic RAIS is seeking an experienced NDT Technician with IRATA Level 3 certification to join the team at Mossmorran. This role involves carrying out nondestructive testing (NDT) activities and serving as a Rope Access Supervisor on site. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring safe, high-quality inspection services while mentoring and leading rope access operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform NDT inspections in line with PCN certifications and industry standards.
• Act as Rope Access Supervisor, ensuring safe and efficient rope access operations.
• Inspect in-service pressure equipment and other plant assets.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports detailing inspection results.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and rope access codes of practice.
• Support team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• PCN UT 3.1/3.2
• PCN MPI
• PCN DPI
• IRATA Level 3 certification

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, inspecting in-service pressure equipment.
• Proficiency in computer-based technology.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Advantages:
