NDT Technical Consultant

Position Summary:

SIUI NDT is seeking an NDT Technical Consultant to join its expanding global sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business growth by providing advanced technical expertise, developing customer relationships, and delivering both pre-sales and after-sales support. This role requires strong proficiency in PAUT/TOFD techniques and excellent customer-facing skills to drive product adoption and satisfaction worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops new distributors and customers across global markets.
• Provides advanced ultrasonic testing (UT) product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Cooperates with sales staff to deliver pre-sales support for key projects, including customer visits, product introductions, demonstrations, and pre-sales proposals.
• Collects and analyzes potential customer information to identify needs and market opportunities.
• Utilizes technical expertise to provide consultation on complex applications involving both hardware and software.
• Collaborates with customers to determine optimal technical solutions for their requirements.
• Establishes and maintains strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Delivers after-sales support, including practical training and guidance for customers on product use.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong enthusiasm for promoting and re-selling SIUI products.
• Proven experience in technical consulting or project management within the NDT industry.
• Skilled in operating PAUT/TOFD instruments, with relevant certifications.
• UT Level III certification preferred.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities, meet customer needs, and create business value.
