Position Summary:

Evident Scientific is seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Specialist III to join its expanding team in France. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the region, driving sales processes, managing key accounts, and providing technical expertise across a diverse range of NDT solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and customers to promote Evident’s technologies and contribute to the company’s continued growth in the NDT and nuclear sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the pipeline of sales opportunities within the assigned region or territory.
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes and close transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships in an account management capacity.
  • Deliver post-sales support and expertise to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Organize and conduct remote and on-site customer training sessions.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional activities in the region in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
  • Contribute to the development of national key accounts alongside Sales and Key Account Managers.
  • Conduct regular activity reviews to monitor sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Mentor and train junior Sales Specialists (levels I and II).
  • Represent the regional Sales Manager in their absence.

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial experience in a sales role, ideally in the NDT industry and specifically within the nuclear sector.
  • Prior hands-on experience or certification in NDT methods such as Eddy Current Testing (ET), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), or Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT).
  • Strong technical acumen with a genuine interest in complex technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and motivation for customer-centric sales.
  • Fluent in English and French (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license (Permit B).
  • Willingness and availability to travel as needed across the region.

Qualifications:

  • University degree (Bac+4/5), preferably in Physical Measurements, Engineering, or related scientific disciplines (Master’s level or equivalent from an engineering school).
