NDT Level III

Position Summary:-

The NDT Level III professional serves as a technical authority for non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and supports audits, compliance, training, personnel certification, and complex inspection activities. The role is responsible for ensuring that NDT procedures and personnel meet applicable ASNT, ISO, API, ASME, and customer standards.

The position is based onsite in Pune, India, within the Industrial Plants, Energy & Environmental Technology work area. It is a full-time, regular position with TÜV SÜD South Asia Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities:-

Audit & Compliance:

• Conduct audits of NDT procedures and personnel.
• Ensure adherence to ASNT, ISO, API, ASME, and customer standards.
• Review NDT inspection reports for compliance and accuracy.

Training & Mentorship:

• Develop and deliver NDT training programs.
• Mentor Level I and Level II NDT personnel.
• Assess the competency of NDT personnel.

Personnel Certification:

• Certify Level I and Level II personnel in accordance with ASNT guidelines.
• Maintain qualification and certification records.

Technical Leadership:

• Serve as the technical authority for applicable NDT methods.
• Develop and approve NDT procedures.
• Support complex NDT inspections.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare NDT manuals, procedures, and reports.
• Review NDT documentation for audits and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:-

• ASNT Level III certification in the specified NDT methods.
• Strong knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:-

• 8–12 years of experience in NDT, including experience with audits, training, and personnel certification.
• Ability to work onsite in Pune.
• Full-time, regular availability.
