Position Summary:

The NDT Level II Technician is responsible for performing inspections using methods such as Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL), Ultrasonic Testing (UTT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Vacuum Box Testing (LT/BT), and Penetrant Testing (PT) in accordance with industry codes and customer requirements. The role involves data collection, adherence to safety standards, and maintaining strong client and team relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret NDT requirements, codes, and standards as required by contract.
  • Perform NDT inspections using MFL, UTT, MT, LT/BT, and PT methods.
  • Collect and process inspection data in accordance with company and customer procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, facilities, and team members.
  • Promote a professional and team-oriented work environment.
  • Safely operate vehicles in oil and gas facilities and field sites.
  • Utilize standard computer software such as MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform multiple NDT methods including MFL, UTT, MT, LT/BT, and PT.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Additional certifications such as AMMFL, ACFM, and SLOFEC are desirable.

Requirements:

  • Must meet HMT certification standards.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must pass DISA background, drug, and alcohol screening.
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% or more.
  • TWIC Card.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 training.
  • Respirator fit test (current).
  • Current CPR & First Aid certification.
  • Passport is a plus.
