NDT Level II RT Technician

Position Overview

Aegeus Inspection Solutions is seeking a Level II Radiographic Testing (RT) Technician to perform nondestructive testing inspections at client sites. The technician will be responsible for real-time interpretation, evaluation, documentation, and reporting of results. This role also includes mentoring and guiding Assistant Technicians as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tools and equipment in accordance with job and client requirements
• Perform RT inspections and interpret results in real-time
• Set up and calibrate RT equipment and other NDT tools as required
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable codes and client specifications
• Prepare formal reports documenting results
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to Assistant Technicians

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• Technical background in NDT methods and techniques is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of NDT experience with full documentation of training, experience, and certification required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)

Certifications and Licenses

• Required: NDT Level II certification in Radiographic Testing (RT)
• Preferred: Additional Level II certifications in Magnetic Particle (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), or Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT)
• Must meet minimum company driving requirements and be eligible for company insurance coverage
