Position Summary:

The NDT Inspector is responsible for performing non-destructive examinations on materials and components to verify compliance with required specifications, quality standards, and project procedures. The role includes interpreting inspection results, preparing detailed reports, and supporting quality assurance through collaboration with engineering and project teams. The inspector ensures all work is completed in accordance with international standards while maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform non-destructive examinations (NDE) on materials and components to detect defects or discontinuities.
  • Interpret and evaluate test results and prepare comprehensive inspection reports.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support quality assurance practices.
  • Ensure all inspections are conducted in line with project procedures and international standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all inspections and findings.
  • Carry out inspection and surveillance activities at supplier sites as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in NDT inspection.
  • Certification in UT, MT, PT, RT as per ASNT SNT-TC-1A or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of casting and foundry processes, including welding and defect analysis.
  • Familiarity with nuclear standards and industry-specific requirements.
  • Proven experience in supplier-site inspection and surveillance activities.
  • Proficient in technical English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
