Position Summary:-
TEAM, Inc. is seeking an entry-level NDE Assistant based in Denver, CO. The assistant will work alongside certified NDT technicians across client sites, assisting in non-destructive evaluations (UT, MT, PT, RT), managing tools and equipment, maintaining site radiation safety barriers, and logging inspection data across oil & gas, power, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities:-
- Assist certified technicians in setting up and executing non-destructive tests (UT, MT, PT, RT).
- Transport, clean, stage, and maintain testing tools, equipment, and field gear.
- Support radiation safety procedures and secure work boundaries during radiographic inspections.
- Execute general labor tasks including rigging, lifting, and setting up access equipment.
- Complete accurate field reports, daily timesheets, and technical documentation.
- Maintain full compliance with TEAM's Life Critical Expectations, client site rules, and OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications Requirements:-
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screenings and background checks.
- Ability to obtain site access credentials (TWIC, DISA).
- Physical capacity to lift/carry 50 lbs and work in elevated or confined spaces.
- Willingness to travel and work extended shifts, weekends, and variable schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Prior experience in NDT, construction, plant maintenance, or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with basic NDT terminology and inspection procedures.
- Valid TWIC card or OSHA 10/30 safety certification.
