Level II PT/MT/UT Technician

Position Summary:

The Level II PT/MT/UT Technician will perform nondestructive testing inspections across a variety of industries, including aerospace, FAA, construction, oil & gas, and Department of Defense (DoD) sectors. The technician will be responsible for applying expertise in at least two methods, with flexibility to work in both shop and field environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nondestructive testing using at least two of the following methods: Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Eddy Current (ET), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Visual Inspection (VT/CWI), or Radiography (RT).
• Conduct inspections in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and customer requirements.
• Document and report inspection results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Support field and shop operations as needed, including travel to local and interstate job sites.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Level II certification in PT, MT, and/or UT.
• Previous certification or experience in at least two methods required.
• NAS-410 compliance required.
• Radiography (RT) certification preferred.
• Must be willing and able to travel locally or interstate.
• Strong attention to detail, technical ability, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $33 – $42/hr DOE.
