CAN Group is currently seeking an experienced Lead Technician to join their operations in Barrow-in-Furness on a 2/2 rotational basis. This position is ideal for a highly skilled and safety-conscious professional with strong leadership capabilities and extensive experience in inspection and rope access operations. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of engineering, integrity, inspection, and maintenance services, supporting the company’s reputation as a leading provider in the global energy industry.
Key Requirements
- IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Certification (mandatory)
- PCN Ultrasonic Testing 3.1 / 3.2 qualifications (minimum requirement)
- ASME Level 2 Plant Inspection certification (desirable)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Proven leadership and communication skills
