To install or supervise the installation of CorrosionRADAR systems at customer sites and plants to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality products. 

This role also includes supporting the manufacturing team with the assembly, and testing of our systems, and the engineering team with documentation preparation, and assisting in the production of engineering drawings. Traveling domestically and internationally to client’s sites for project deployments is expected as a standard part of the job. 

What you will be doing:

Installation 

  • Installing CorrosionRADAR’s monitoring system based on design requirements
  • Supervising and QC’ing installations carried out by CorrosionRADAR’s contractors at sites
  • Keeping records and producing the as-built drawings of the installations
  • Troubleshooting system-related issues on site

Manufacturing 

  • Recording systems builds, tests, and QA checks in line with company processes
  • Diagnosing and resolving faults and issues with systems during builds
  • Conducting full system tests and QC checks during builds
  • Providing hands-on support for the day-to-day workshop/laboratory operations
  • Ensuring tools and equipment are checked, maintained, and serviced as required
  • Creating test procedures, evaluating, modifying, and calibrating products and instruments and writing reports 

Services 

  • ​Analysing and interpreting data collected from field devices and producing monitoring reports for clients
  • Drafting and presenting formal technical documents, reports, and testing results to the manager for approval
  • Proactively engaging with customers to improve the Company’s systems and services
  • Training customers and new employees on system build and installation processes 

General Tasks 

  • Communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Working in compliance with the Company’s Health and Safety standards and requirements, with the safety of self and others in mind always
  • Travelling for installation and deployment of systems on client’s sites  

To be successful, you should have:

  • Experience in deploying and installation of heat tracing or monitoring equipment in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Experience and understanding of handling products certified to work in Hazardous Area Environments (HAS) and associated regulatory compliance
  • Experience with the use of electronic test equipment
  • Experience with bench-level mechanical assembly
  • Good knowledge of wiring and safety
  • Valid full driving license
  • Computer literate and proficient in using word processing and spreadsheet software tools
