Digital Radiography NDT Level II Technician

Position Summary:

Element is seeking a Digital Radiography NDT Level II Technician to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience and training toward achieving Level III certification. The technician will work with a wide range of products including castings, welds, composites, and assemblies. Using state-of-the-art computed tomography technology, you will develop scanning protocols, generate and interpret images, evaluate indications against acceptance criteria, and provide real-time feedback to engineering teams. This role provides diverse and hands-on experience, accelerating career development in advanced nondestructive testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scanning techniques for computed tomography and digital radiography.
• Conduct radiographic (X-ray) inspections in accordance with company-approved procedures.
• Prepare test specimens, set up, and adjust test equipment.
• Interpret codes and specifications for aerospace and other end-use applications.
• Analyze inspection data, interpret results, and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain test equipment and tools in proper working condition.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Computed Tomography Level II or Digital Radiography/X-ray NDT Technician.
• Experience working with castings, forgings, welds, and other metallic parts.
