Job Description:

DNV Inspection USA is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be local to the Houston surrounding areas and possess at least 5 years of experience in coordination, particularly with 2nd and 3rd party agencies or clients. Candidates with relevant experience on their resumes will be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day project execution.
• Interface and communicate proactively with customers and inspectors to ensure smooth project progress.
• Collaborate with 2nd and 3rd-party agencies and clients to meet project goals and objectives.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to project coordination.
• Ensure that project timelines and deadlines are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Assist in project planning and scheduling.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates as needed.
• Support the project team with any additional coordination tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in coordination, preferably with 2nd and 3rd party agencies or clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
• Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
