Company Description:

AOS-TPAC is not your typical organization. Specializing in cutting-edge non-destructive testing (NDT) using ultrasound technology, what truly sets us apart is our innovative approach to business and team culture. We operate with a neuronal network, where traditional hierarchies and rigid processes are replaced with trust, collaboration, and innovation. Join us and be a part of a team where creativity is encouraged, and every idea is worth exploring.

Position Summary:

AOS-TPAC is seeking three dynamic and self-driven Business Development Managers to drive business growth and expansion in the USA, Europe, and Japan. These roles are key to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships within the NDT and ultrasound industry, and representing AOS-TPAC at industry events. The ideal candidates will have an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional people skills, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients within the NDT and ultrasound industry.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and applications for our ultrasound NDT solutions.
  • Innovative Problem Solving: Develop creative strategies for expanding market presence and driving sales growth in a niche industry.
  • Client Engagement: Understand client needs deeply, offering tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements, and link with the technical team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical and operational teams to align business development efforts with company capabilities and innovations.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent AOS-TPAC at NDT events, conferences, and meetings, embodying our values and culture in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Personality First: We value personality, passion, and people skills above all else. If you’re a natural connector who can build relationships easily and inspire trust, you’re who we want.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable with autonomy, you take initiative and drive projects without the need for constant supervision or traditional management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience or a strong interest in non-destructive testing, particularly ultrasound technologies, is a plus, but we’re open to teaching the right person.
  • Innovative Thinker: A creative problem solver who can think outside the box and develop unique strategies to drive growth.
  • Team Player: While you’ll have plenty of independence, you must also be able to collaborate effectively with others in our flat organization.
  • Adaptability: In our flexible, non-traditional environment, you must be able to adapt to changing situations and new challenges with ease.

Why Join AOS-TPAC?

  • Unique Portfolio: We have developed the widest ultrasonic testing portfolio on the market, continually improving our offerings in electronics, software, and engineering.
  • Neuronal Network Structure: Our collaborative, action-oriented environment has no red tape, no middle management—just you, the customers and market, your ideas, and the opportunity to make a real impact with the team.
  • Flexible Environment: Adapt your environment as it adapts to you.
  • Innovative Culture: Join a team where creativity is encouraged, and every idea is worth exploring.
  • Growth Opportunities: As we expand, so will your opportunities to grow with us—both professionally and personally.
