Position Summary:

PROtect is seeking an experienced Onsite Project Manager to lead our onsite team and serve as the primary liaison for our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring project costs and execution to ensure the project remains on target while maintaining high performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in mechanical integrity, and the ability to provide regular project updates with a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, managing all communications and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Act as the technical authority on mechanical integrity implementation and strategies.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring all aspects of the project stay on target for cost, safety, quality, and delivery.
• Lead and facilitate regular update meetings to showcase project status and performance.
• Develop and implement processes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure quality assurance and control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce a strong safety culture within the team.
• Manage project delivery and ensure timely approvals of project tickets.
• Provide support and motivation to the onsite team, fostering a healthy work environment and high morale.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on mechanical integrity.
• API 510 and API 570 certifications with 10+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of Meridium and experience in implementing mechanical integrity strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Systems, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing project demands and environments.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
