World Conference for Inspection & Maintenance Robotics

SPRINT Robotics World Conference 2025 is a premier global event focused on inspection, maintenance, and cleaning robotics. It marks the 10th anniversary of SPRINT Robotics and will take place from 20-22 October 2025 in Amsterdam. The event brings together technology providers, service companies, industry experts, and decision-makers from sectors such as oil & gas, energy, utilities, renewables, aerospace, chemical, marine, and mining.

Key features of the conference:

  • More than 550 delegates expected to attend

  • Over 50 international speakers presenting on the latest industry trends, case studies, research, and innovations

  • Exhibition with 50+ booths where companies showcase cutting-edge robotics and solutions for inspection and maintenance

  • Special programs including workshops, a speed-networking icebreaker, the “RISE Thesis Pitch Challenge,” and the SPRINT Robotics Awards

Topics covered will include advances in robotics for inspection and maintenance—including autonomous or remotely operated systems—robotic cleaning, monitoring technologies, robotics for difficult or hazardous environments, real-time diagnostics, and asset integrity using robotic innovations.

This conference is an opportunity to explore the future of robotics in inspection & maintenance, exchange knowledge, network with peers, and see emerging technologies in action.

About Sprint Robotics

The SPRINT Robotics Collaborative is an industry-driven initiative that promotes the development, availability and application of robotics techniques in technical inspections, maintenance and operation of capital-intensive infrastructure.  Founded in 2015, SPRINT Robotics was launched by a number of large asset owners from the energy industry to encourage the worldwide use of robotics for inspection, cleaning and maintenance. SPRINT Robotics is a not-for-profit organization and has become an internationally recognized platform for I&M Robotics with a support base of more than 120 organizations globally.

The SPRINT Robotics vision is to achieve field use of robotics for Inspection & Maintenance (I&M) of capital-intensive infrastructure assets on a large scale to address immediate needs and long-term industry priorities. Rapid progress can only be achieved through alignment of the whole value chain. We connect end users with service and technology providers, creating the engine for acceleration in the realization of our vision. Our starting point is the value Robotics for I&M can deliver to end-user organizations.
