EWSHM 2026

​The 12th European Workshop on Structural Health Monitoring (EWSHM 2026) is scheduled to take place from July 7 to 10, 2026, in Toulouse, France. This biennial event stands as Europe's premier gathering dedicated to structural health monitoring (SHM), a critical technology for infrastructure maintenance and integrity assessment. ​

EWSHM 2026 will convene leading experts from academia, industry, and research laboratories worldwide to discuss the latest innovations and applications in SHM. The conference will feature a comprehensive program, including technical sessions, exhibitions, and networking opportunities, all designed to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange in this rapidly evolving field. ​

Set against the backdrop of Toulouse, a city renowned for its aerospace and engineering heritage, EWSHM 2026 promises to be a significant event for professionals and organizations involved in the advancement of structural health monitoring technologies.

About Cofrend

​COFREND Days 2026 is set to be France’s premier international event dedicated to non-destructive testing (NDT), taking place from May 19 to 21, 2026, at the Lyon Convention Center. This three-day gathering will bring together professionals from across the NDT sector, including industrialists, researchers, scientists, and service providers, fostering collaboration and innovation in the field.​

The event will feature a comprehensive scientific program comprising over 160 technical presentations, plenary sessions, and commercial workshops. An exhibition spanning more than 5,000 square meters will host over 90 exhibitors, showcasing the latest advancements in NDT technologies and services. Additional highlights include the COFREND Doctoriales competition, an Open Day on May 20 dedicated to regional students exploring careers in NDT, and organized industrial site visits on May 22.​

Lyon, renowned for its rich industrial heritage and status as France’s leading industrial region, provides an ideal backdrop for the event. The city boasts a vibrant ecosystem of research laboratories, engineering schools, and technical institutions, making it a hub for innovation and excellence in NDT.​

COFREND Days 2026 aims to attract around 3,000 visitors from various industries such as aerospace, automotive, civil engineering, energy, and petrochemicals, as well as international participants from countries including Belgium, Canada, Germany, India, and the United States. The event offers a unique opportunity for networking, knowledge exchange, and exploring new business opportunities within the global NDT community.
