​The Argentine Association of Non-Destructive Testing and Structural Evaluation (AAENDE) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the field of non-destructive testing (NDT) and structural evaluation in Argentina. Established in October 2002, AAENDE encompasses professionals from various sectors, including industry, academia, service providers, regulatory bodies, and educational institutions.​
AAENDE's mission is to promote sustainable development by fostering education, training, and career development in NDT and structural evaluation. The organization actively encourages scientific and technological research in inspection methods and facilitates the transfer of research outcomes to Argentina's cultural, academic, and industrial communities.​
As Argentina's representative to the International Committee for Non-Destructive Testing (ICNDT), AAENDE plays a pivotal role in the global NDT community. The association is responsible for promoting and supporting the country's accredited personnel certification system in accordance with IRAM-ISO 9712 standards.​
AAENDE organizes various educational and professional development activities, including conferences, seminars, and courses, to disseminate knowledge and best practices in NDT. It also hosts the biennial Regional Congress on Non-Destructive and Structural Testing (CORENDE), providing a platform for professionals to exchange ideas and advancements in the field.​
Through its comprehensive initiatives, AAENDE continues to contribute significantly to the safety, reliability, and advancement of Argentina's industrial and structural sectors.
