Course Description:

Radiography Testing Welds Level 1 training at Lavender International provides a comprehensive introduction to radiography testing. In this course, you will learn about the principles of radiography and image formation, as well as the fundamental aspects of radiographic quality. You will also receive training on films and processing, exposure factors, radiation safety, and protection.

The specific theory section of the course covers the application of the method and the use of codes, specifications, and procedures applicable to Lavender International NDT Consultancy Services Ltd, including relevant control checks.

At the end of the training, you will be prepared for certification at Levels 1 and 2 for two specific product sectors, Welds, and Castings. This course is suitable for PCN GEN – BS EN ISO 9712 Levels 1, 2, and 3, ASNT Level 3, and candidates working under an employer written practice based on SNT-TC-1A, EN4179, and NAS410.
