Training
NDT training for developing your expertise
We apply ‘Zetec Advantage’ thinking to everything we do. That includes providing you with the professional training needed to keep your assets running smoothly.
Our formal training classes have strict guidelines for duration and content under specific regulations, including SNT-TC-1A, CP-189, and more. These include examinations that could lead to certification qualification.
Our product training classes are designed around specific hardware or software product lines and applications. Courses are more flexible, and typically don’t include testing. These can be used to meet recurrent training guidelines or to improve the knowledge and skill of the inspection staff.

Applications
We provide customers with engineering services for designing custom solutions and inspection methods. We work closely with you to provide rapid evaluation of testing and to provide detailed technical proposals adapted to your specific needs. Our application specialists use their extensive ultrasonic and eddy current testing knowledge to help you discover your best inspection solution. We take into consideration your specific requirements and specific constraints. We also have the expertise and the experience to develop and manufacture custom systems and inspection methods that incorporate data acquisition systems, controls, probes, data analysis software and mechanical scanners. Our Custom Applications use our UT and ECT generic equipment and software as well as these processes and tools:
