Brian has been involved with various NDT practices since 2006.
NDT certifications and positions during this period were obtained in the methods: of:
- UT Ultrasonics
- RT Radiography
- MT Mag Particle
- PT Dye Penetrant
- PAUT Phased Array Ultrasonics
- RSO Radiation Safety Officer
Most notably, Brian was the NDT Technical Manager for two licensed API manufacturing facilities.
This position provided the ability to hone his skills with applying actual NDT production methods, creating NDT Technical Procedures and generating Written Practice Documents.
Brian was also directly involved with procuring advanced automated Phased Array Ultrasonic testing machines along with stationary and automated Digital X-Ray equipment.
This included everything from operating and maintaining the actual equipment to creating the NDT documents needed for industry compliance.

Brian’s additional industry background consists of; Ultrasonic examinations to ASME and AWS codes, QA/QC Auditing practices, Destructive Testing, CNC Machining, Dimensional parts inspection, Nuclear power plant Jr. Health Physicist.

Training and Level-3 Services
“We bring the NDT training to you”
Dispatching valuable employees to NDT training facilities can be cumbersome and costly.
When considering the classroom fees, air fares, hotel rooms, rental cars, Per diems and hourly wages; the cost for sending three employees out for training could well exceed $8,000!
Another unfortunate consideration is the added risk of traveling in today’s post pandemic world; sending employees away could jeopardize their health, wellbeing and potentially impact their employers.
Ultrasonic and Eddy Current classes can be custom tailored to meet the employer’s specific needs along with their ‘Written Practice’ (per ASNT SNT-TC-1A) or follow the stricter guidelines of ASNT Standard CP-189
Complete 40 hour Level-1 and Level-2 classes are available along with ‘Limited Certification’ 16 or 20 hour classes.
Students are provided NDT training binders, formula sheets and other technical documents pertaining to the specific testing methods and industry requirements.
All training material becomes the property of the student for future reference.
Additional Level-3 services besides training are also available; Such as, NDT document preparation, Operating procedure development, Creating NDT ‘Written Practice’ procedures for personnel qualification, NDT compliance 'technical' auditing or 'floor level' auditing.
