Our group is made up of complementary and specialist service providers assisting us to innovate in project delivery across multiple market verticals. IN-SERVICE INSPECTION (ISI)
All engineered equipment has a finite life cycle and deteriorates over time with use. Vertech provides comprehensive in-service inspection services across a range of industries to assist our clients with their asset integrity management.
We actively reduce risk, reduce cost and ensure the safety of people, operations and assets in a potentially dangerous environment. Vertech’s knowledge and experienced inspectors ensure industry compliance with code, statutory regulations and legislative requirements.
PRESSURE VESSEL IN-SERVICE INSPECTION (ISI)
In-Service Inspection (ISI) is essential to the safe and reliable operation of pressure vessels and pressure piping systems. Legislation such as AS/NZS 3788 requires that ISI of pressure equipment begins immediately after baseline inspections and the commissioning of pressure vessels for operation and includes the inspection of pressure vessels, boilers, and certain classes of pressure pipe systems that may interconnect items of the pressure plant. Pressure vessel inspection is performed to ensure the safety and integrity of pressure vessels.
Vertech is NATA accredited and has a wealth of in-service inspection knowledge. Our subject matter experts (SMEs) are trained and experienced in applying Australian standards and New Zealand in-service standards such as AS3788, AS4343 and AS1210. Our team of SMEs are also qualified and experienced in American Petroleum Institute (API) codes such as API 510, API 570, API 579, API 653 and ASME codes ASME B31.3, ASME B16.5.

Vertech Group is certified to ISO 17205 as an NDT inspection body by the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA), accreditation number 18112. Our NDT inspection personnel are highly qualified, skilled, and experienced in applying a wide range of NDT inspection services and testing methods.
WHAT IS NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING?
Non-Destructive Testing (also known as NDT) is an analysis technique used throughout the inspection industry to evaluate assets and infrastructure. NDT involves detecting and assessing flaws in materials without causing damage or permanent alterations.

Underpinned by specialist access and robotics, Vertech provides a base inspection service and manages the end-to-end solution from high mobility specialist access using rope access, engineered decking and netting systems through to deployment via ROV, UAV, or crawler deployed systems.
