Cracks are manufactured with Trueflaw's thermal fatigue process. Thermal fatigue cracks are real cracks with natural crack properties. TrueFlaw manufactures cracks both in the client's samples and on standard samples. The cracks are used for training, method development and performance demonstration.

The probability of detection evaluation is offered as a service. The service includes standard samples that meet the ASTM-E2861-21 criteria, a short presentation on POD and its importance and the result analysis. You do the inspection, they do the analysis and you get the POD-curve.

Machine learning is the core technology behind FlawML, Trueflaw's automated flaw detection system. FlawML products are tailored to each customer's needs and validated using POD.
