History

Royal Marine Founded in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in 2001 with a mission to provide highly specialized technical service to the offshore Oil & Gas industry. Technical Royal Excellence Oil and Gas Consultancy (TRE) is a part of Royal Marine Group and adding its contribution to Royal Marine Group value, mission and vision. Royal Marine group expended over the years and now serving to many sectors and industries. Royal Marine is a local corporate entity based in Abu Dhabi with a vision to expend internationally.

Scaffolding Inspection

TRE offers scaffolding inspection to ensure the contractor to complete the project safely by using scaffolding. Our competent team of scaffolding inspectors with years of industry experience and our organizational expertise combined is capable of handling scaffolding inspection for multiple industries like Oil & Gas, construction, and energy.

Scaffolding is one of the highest risk occupations in the construction business and unfortunately every year there are numerous injuries and frequently deaths caused by accidents associated with scaffolds. Suppliers and owners of plant must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the plant is without risk to safety and health when properly utilized. To identify defects, processes for regularly inspecting new and re-used scaffolding should be developed and executed.

If any affected parts are detected, they should be repaired or disposed of and replaced as required. Scaffolding should meet the requirements set out in the manufacturer’s or designer’s specifications or applicable technical standards e.g. the strength of component substance. Scaffolding should be routinely inspected and maintained to ensure the continuing structural integrity of an erected scaffold.
