Overview
Sercal plays an integral part of the Oceanscan Group and stands as an independent company established in 1987. Sercal provides a one-stop shop for the Rental, Supply, Service and Calibration of NDT equipment to the Non Destructive Examination Industry. Based in Cannock, its central UK location offers local support to it’s loyal customer base.
The first UK based UKAS Accredited Calibration Laboratory, No. 0381, for the calibration of Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors, Eddy Current (via our parent company Oceanscan) and currently the only UKAS accredited laboratory to calibrate Thickness Meters and Transducers. Sercal NDT Equipment Ltd. offers the Non Destructive Examination Industry assurance, that they have the technical competence to work to the requirements of BS EN ISO 22232-1:2020, ASTM E317-16, ESI 98.9, BS EN 15317:2013, ESI 98.7, ESI 98.8, and ESI 98.2.
ISO IEC 17025: accredited calibration lab qualifying us as an approved supplier for the IATF 16949 requirement for the calibration of inspection and measurement equipment.
