Company Profile

We are one of the pioneer institutions in Quality Control, who believe in "providing an environment of growth, thus gaining trust and confidence of the customer". Established in 1988, as a Medical Diagnostic Centre, we diversified into Engineering Diagnostics in 1990.

Satya Kiran is a group of companies run by reputed professionals operating in state-of-the-art Medical technology and Engineering verticals.

The group’s top-end healthcare services include chain of medical diagnostics centers and healthcare training institutes run under the brand names of Must and More and Health Republic.

The Engineering services business addresses a crucial industry requirement of Non-destructive Testing (NDT). NDT is a standardized technique for performing flaw detection, quality checks and certifications, and pre-emptive maintenance and disaster prevention. NDT has widespread application ranging from several engineering, forging, manufacturing, aerospace, and oil and gas industries.

Services

Ultrasonic Testing

High frequency sound waves are introduced into a material and they are reflected back from surfaces or flaws.
Reflected sound energy is displayed versus time, and inspector can visualize a cross section of the specimen showing the depth of features that reflect sound.
High resolution images can be produced by plotting signal strength or time-of-flight using a computer-controlled scanning system.

Course Contains

6 Days UT-1 & 11 Days UT -11 (DIRECT) Training Program
Very useful and versatile NDT method.
Uses high frequency sound energy to conduct examinations and make measurements.
Sensitive to both surface and subsurface discontinuities.
Used for flaw detection/evaluation, dimensional measurements. material characterization
Fast and accurate location determination of flaws when performing shear wave inspections
Tools included flaw detector, normal probes, angle probes
Daily 4 Hrs Theory classes and 4 Hrs Practical
Study Material kit and schedule as per certification codes
Includes Various Practice Modules
Guest Lectures from World Known L-III

EDDY Current Testing

Eddy current testing is particularly well suited for detecting surface cracks but can also be used to make electrical conductivity and coating thickness measurements. Here a small surface probe is scanned over the part surface in an attempt to detect a crack.

Course Contains

11 Days ET-II (DIRECT)Training Program
Widely used and well-understood inspection method.
Used for Crack detection, Material thickness measurements, Coating thickness measurements. Conductivity measurements for: Material identification. Heat damage detection, Case depth determination. Heat treatment monitoring
Detect corrosion damage and other damage that causes a thinning of the material.
Used to measure the thickness of paints and other coatings
Topics Includes : Electromagnetic theory, type of eddy current sending elements
Tools included probes, software, cleaner, sample bank. etc.
Daily 4 Hrs Theory and 4 Hrs Practical classes.
Study Material kit and schedule as per certification codes
Includes Various Practice Modules
Guest Lectures from World Known L-11
