Hardness Testing
LEEB Hardness Tester – THX210
The THX210 is a basic portable hardness dynamic rebound tester (LEEB) with a 164×64 LCD display. The standard “D” probe converts the HL readings to HV, HB, HRC, HRB, HRA and HS (automatically records up to 600 group data). Come with upper and lower limits capability and (Okay/NOT good) display and alarm. Delivered with the DataPro software for measurements analysis. Two-year warranty.
THX-210D: THX210 unit with standard “D” probe 11N/mm2, LEEB certified test block, supporting ring, cleaning brush, probe cable, user manual, DataPro software, calibration certificate and carrying case.
THX-210C: Identical to the THX-210D but with the “C” probe 3N/mm2 (for surface hardened parts, coatings, thin walled or impact sensitive parts (small indentation)).
THX-210G: Identical to the THX-210D but with the “G” probe 90N/mm2 (heavy castings and forgings).
Options:
PROBE-DC: “DC” probe 11N/mm2 for very confined spaces (holes, internal measurements on assembled machines, etc.).
PROBE-D+15: “D+15” probe 11N/mm2 (for measurements in grooves or recessed surfaces).
PROBE-G: “G” probe 90N/mm2 (for heavy castings and forgings).
PROBE-C: “C” probe 3N/mm2 (for surface hardened parts, coatings, thin walled or impact sensitive parts (small indentation)).

Roughness Testing
Defelsko Positector SPG Surface Profile Tester
The DeFelsko Positector SPG uses a spring loaded needle to measures and records the peaks and valleys of the surface (metals, concrete, etc.) – 50 readings per minute. The alumina wear face and the field replaceable tungsten carbide tip are designed for long life and continuous accuracy.
The PosiTector body accepts all PosiTector probes converting your surface profile tester to a coating thickness gauge, dew point meter, surface profile gauge, wall thickness gauge and more (see probe compatibility chart here attached).
USB, Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity to PosiSoft PC, MAC and Smarthphone software. Durable, it is solvent, acid, oil, water and dust resistant (IP65) and delivered with a 2 year warranty.
Standard kit includes: PosiTector SPG data logging unit with upper and lower limits capability and (Okay/NOT good) alarm, integral probe with field replaceable tungsten carbide tip, glass zero plate, roughness test plate, protective rubber holster, wrist strap, three AAA alkaline batteries, USB cable for data transfer and/or continuous power supply, PosiSoft software, user manual, calibration certificate and rigid transport case.
