Loading…Loading…ServiceUnited StatesPro QC’s story begins in Taiwan during the rapid industrialization of the 80s known as the “Taiwan Miracle.”
The founder of Pro QC, Ed Sanchez, is an engineer originally from Colombia. He was brought from the U.S. to Taiwan to work on power plant projects. As he met others and learned more about the challenges associated with sourcing and manufacturing abroad, he realized that foreign companies buying products in Taiwan require quality solutions that ensure product quality conforms to specifications and meets expectations.
Ed Sanchez is currently the Managing Director of Pro QC International. He has grown the organization from a small office in Taiwan in the mid-80s to a global quality solutions organization offering services in over 88 countries today.
The Pro QC team is often asked what makes Pro QC different from competitors. Something noted during an interview with Ed nearly two decades ago is that “we don’t want to be the biggest, but rather the best.” And, that sentiment rings true throughout the corporate culture. What are product sorting services?
Quality sorting services is the term given to a process that is used in manufacturing and other industries to ensure that products meet certain standards before they are sent to customers or retailers. The process can involve anything from checking for defects to inspecting packaging. Quality sorting has one goal: to make sure that products are up to par before they reach the end customer. This process is important for a number of reasons, but most importantly, it helps to ensure customer satisfaction.
Advantages of product sorting services
Our Product Sorting Services
Since 1984, we have developed tailored quality sorting solutions adapted to the requirements of our clients. We identify defective products, sort them, and carry out rework activities according to a procedure that has been tested and refined. This helps our clients improve quality standards, eliminate scrap, and maintain customer satisfaction rates. We resolve quality incidents around the globe by quickly deploying controllers and QC inspectors on-site.
The common quality sorting services provided by Pro QC International are visual inspections, dimensional inspections, and functional testing.
Visual inspection: Our visual inspection services are often the first step in product quality sorting. This involves looking at the products to identify any defects or inconsistencies. If a product is found with defects, it will be rejected and not sent for further processing
Dimensional Inspection : Dimensional inspection is the inspection of a product’s dimensions, such as length, width, and depth. This type of inspection helps to ensure a product meets the client’s requirements and specifications.
Functional Testing : Our quality control inspectors ensure that the product works as intended. The scope of functional testing can vary depending on the objectives of the test effort.
