National Inspection & Consultants, LLC (NIC) is a full service quality services and consulting firm established in 1977.

NIC was founded in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1977 to supply quality inspection and nondestructive examination services to the growing nuclear construction industry at that time. The company was relocated to Fort Myers, Florida in 1981. Since that time, we have grown to provide not only the original Quality Inspection and Nondestructive Examination (NDE) services, but also Auditing, Quality Consulting, QC/NDE Training and Industrial Services, and Providing Peak Load and Temporary Technical and Engineering Personnel to Others. Throughout the years, our client base has expanded to include Nuclear Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Fossil Power Plants, Aircraft and Aerospace industries, Industrial and Heavy Commercial Construction, and Industrial O&M support, as well as many other industries.

Our management personnel and certified technicians have extensive experience, and are available around the clock to support our client’s needs.

We maintain a multitude of accreditations attesting to our commitment to quality, and drive to stay on the cutting edge of technology as it relates to the performance of our NDE and inspection services.
