Magnetic Particle Testing is one of the methods deployed in ferromagnetic material to find the quality of the product. It is being used in construction and in-service inspection of weldings & fabricated on constructed equipment. It is one of the fastest NDT methods & can provide the quality of the product instantaneously. Both fluorescent and non-fluorescent techniques are offered with coil, yoke or other magnetizing means.

Liquid Penetrant Testing is a simple and more powerful NDT technique used in QA/QC activities both in construction and in service inspection. Offering both fluorescent and non-fluorescent techniques.All possible combinations of techniques to achieve the sensitivity required for the critical equipment.

Heat Exchanger tubes inspection with technology like Eddy current or IRIS or RFT depends on the tube material. This can be deployed on short notice. Array testing is also deployed in case client wish to do that.

Offshore structures, crane critical structures equipment weld joints can be inspected and tested without removing the paint. Thus saving significant cost and reducing equipment down time. The equipment can be back in service immediately if there are no findings after the testing is completed.

Storage tanks' bottom plate inspection and condition assessment is one of the critical parts of routine maintenance and inspection. The MFL testing provides input for tank owners to carry out Fitness for Service. (FFS) assessment of the tank as per API 653. Wire rope inspection is another area of application where the condition of the rope is assessed by one-pass testing. This is one of the cost-effective in-service inspection techniques to meet the client’s specific requirements.
