Tailor Welded Blanks

The temate® SI-WB is the industry standard for automated inspection of laser welds in Tailor Welded Blanks. The temate SI-WB can be integrated on any line using the line conveyor, de-stacking robots or automated and manual scanners from Innerspec or other vendors.

Features

• Non-contact EMAT technique.

In-Line ERW Tube Inspection

Other - Inspection Of Surfaces and Thin Strip/Rod

The temate® PI-NB is an automated ultrasonic system for volumetric inspection of metallic plates using normal beam sensors. The temate PI-NB can be customized to meet your unique inspection needs.

Features

• Non-contact EMAT technique.
• Detects planar defects using 0º sensors. Meets all relevant plate inspection standards, including EN10160, ASTM A435, and ASTM A578.
• Permits inspection at very high temperatures (up to 650º) and very low (-30ºC).

PowerUT® IT-AM is a full immersion inspection system designed for accurate and efficient high frequency ultrasonic inspection of ferrous and non-ferrous metal samples. Billets

PowerUT IT-B is an automated full immersion inspection system designed for accurate and efficient inspection of high quality metal billets. Materials inspected include stainless and other steel, aerospace aluminum, titanium and other high quality metals.

Other Volumetric Inspections

The Rollmate® permits inspection of rolls of any alloy, forged and cast, during the grinding process. The Rollmate is the newest and most advanced roll inspection system in the market, and the only one capable of detecting surface micro-cracks on any type of rolls.

• Hybrid technique piezoelectric and magnetic (patented).

The temate® BAND is a permanent sensor array mounted on pipes and elbows to monitor corrosion at high-temperatures. The temate BAND can be customized to meet your unique inspection needs.

Features

• Non-contact EMAT technique.
• Sensor bands with 4-8 channels at 200ºC already available. Sensors for 350ºC currently under development.
• Results from the sensors can be ready using permanent or portable instrumentation (temate PowerBox H).

Flow and Liquid Level (High Temperature)
