The senior Thermographer is the first Level III Thermographer of the Personnel Certification of Non-destructive Testing (PCN) Scheme under the British Institute of Non-destructive Testing (BiNDT) in the Civil & Building Division for Condition Monitoring in Asia, which is internationally recognized for the training and certification of NDT personnel operating to BS ISO18436-1:2004. The senior Thermographer is also an infrared thermography instructor for various academic institutes and professional bodies while he is a Certified Senior Enterprises Risks Manager (CSERM) in Mainland China.
