PLANT STATUS AT A GLANCE

The Fill Service Team will be happy to assist you with preventive maintenance. In the course of the maintenance recording, we carry out a professional actual or condition analysis of your machines and systems. On the basis of checklists, the required maintenance and spare parts requirements are determined. The inspection report provides you with an overview of the recommended maintenance measures.

THE ULTIMATE ROBOT-BASED UT TEST FACILITY

Precision dual robot test system for fast composite testing. The robots are fully integrated into the Siemens CNC controller environment of the Sinumerik 840D sl. With the increase in accuracy via encoders installed on the output side and extended laser calibration, the system guarantees the best results even at the maximum test speed of 2,000 mm/s.

THE PRINCIPLE

Two electronically coupled CNC-controlled Stäubli robots move the probes on a 3D path calculated by a postprocessor.

The components are tested in through-beam technology or phased array contact technology.

Interfaces to well-known CAD systems (CATIAV5, STEP, IGES) allow the time- and cost-saving creation of complex test programs.

THE LINEAR ULTRASONIC TESTING SYSTEM

The ultrasonic technology you have chosen for series testing of composite components is guided exactly to the component point to be tested by Fill's linear kinematics. The stable design ensures a repeatable inspection process and a high inspection speed. The high-speed NC interface reduces test time by up to 40% by minimizing index times.

THE PRINCIPLE

Interfaces to common CAD systems enable a time-saving and cost-effective creation of the test programs.

The integrated collision protection protects the probes as well as the component in the event of a collision.

The test results can be output and evaluated via defined interfaces and formats.
