Portable unit with integrated UT probes and encoder for accurate flaw location over the full length of the axle. Inspection is performed manually and quickly from one side of the axle. Compatible with standard axle manufacturing steels (EA1T, EA4T, EA1N…) in compliance with EN 13261. Available in automatic version.

Including acquisition hardware, visualization software and EMAT technology, this device is designed for manufacturing and maintenance operations. Compatible with standard wheel manufacturing steels (ER6, ER7, ER8, ER9) and inspection requirements in compliance with EN 13262 – Annex D.
