Deep Trekker’s BRIDGE technology consists of custom hardware and software to provide a superior ROV user experience. Active yaw and camera stabilization simplify vehicle manoeuvrability and recording capabilities, while advanced algorithms provide cross-vehicle compatibility and global connectivity via the DTHub Network. BRIDGE also ensures instant communication between controller and vehicle, even over extended tether distances, and seamless integration with current and future third-party products.
Enhanced 4K Camera
Equip your Deep Trekker ROV with a high-quality lens upgrade and proprietary image processing algorithms through Deep Trekker’s BRIDGE software. This upgrade provides an optimal underwater viewing experience including a wider field of video, enhanced clarity, and auto colour correction.
Non-destructive testing (NDT) Capable
Integrate Deep Trekker ROVs with Cygnus ultrasonic thickness gauge for visual inspections of hulls, water tanks or other submerged structures. Measure coatings, and marine growth and conduct thickness measurements on metal surfaces without deploying divers in hazardous conditions. Eliminate the need for dry docking the vessel for UWILD surveys and conduct routine inspections to identify signs of corrosion without destructing protective coating in a single remote inspection.
CCTV Pipe Crawlers
Industry’s first truly portable, battery-operated CCTV pipe crawler systems
Deploy from anywhere within minutes. Inspect pipes ranging from 6” and up in diameter and various pipe materials; PVC, clay, brick, concrete, HDPE, corrugated steel and cast iron. Deep Trekker crawlers are depth-rated to 50 m (164 ft) underwater. Inspect immediately without having to wait for jet or pump trucks.
Overcoming response challenges
Using their DT340 CCTV pipe crawler, the City of Brantford was able to respond to emergencies on their own time and perform live inspections of their cutters.

Deep Trekker utility crawlers are designed to work in tough underwater environments; equipped with attachments for pressure washing, vacuuming, thickness testing and more.
Our utility crawlers offer various solutions to unique underwater inspections, designed with both rubber or magnetic wheel options. Earth magnets allow the utility crawler to move in any direction on ferrous material.
