Products & Services
Non Destructive Testing (NDT)
We carry out non-destructive testing (Non-Destructive Testing) with a wide range of methods:
- Visuel control
- Video endoscopy
- Radiography — both with X-rays and with radioactive isotopes
- Ultrasound testing
- Magnetic powder testing
- Penetrant testing
- Low vacuum leak testing
- PMI material analysis
Our testing technicians work responsibly and independently - and are trained and certified according to DS/EN ISO 9712.
Accreditation
We are accredited by DANAK to carry out non-destructive testing on:
- Building and construction products
- Construction materials
- Machines and industrial plants
Documentation
We document all testing on clear, electronic reports with a digital signature. The reports are available on our SharePoint customer portal immediately after the test.
Our customers can therefore quickly continue with the next processes in production, and deliver good documentation to their customers.
Third party inspection
We have extensive experience in carrying out third-party inspections during the manufacture of large steel structures, e.g. foundations for offshore wind turbines. Our inspectors can inspect both the steel and coating work.
Our services may include:
- Assistance with pre-qualification of suppliers - and of sub-suppliers.
- Review of requirements for production and product together with client and supplier.
- Review of the supplier's KS system for the welding and coating work.
- Review of procedures for welding, welding certificates and material certificates.
- Control of preheat and welding data during welding.
- Post-check of NDT, carried out by our certified NDT inspectors.
- Inspection of items after sandblasting and before coating.
- Inspection of the coating work and of finished coating.
- Review of the final documentation.
- Gathering experience together with our customer.
