Ionix Advanced Technologies has been selected again to provide online thickness monitoring for a major refinery client in South East Asia
The integrated system was selected based on the successful completion of an earlier scope for the same client; to provide full online installation, without the need for shutdown, Class 1 / Div 1, Intrinsic Safety and the ability to provide cost effective multiple measurement points at each CML.
Ionix working with our local partner provided a turnkey, installed solution for a range of pipe assets at temperatures over 400°C. Over 50 sensors were installed across 10 different assets, including data delivery to the clients server and integrated to existing Asset Management software.
