R&D
Within the company, increasing emphasis is being given to translating complex scenarios into easily understood formats, such as imaging techniques and intuitive data display. Proceq’s state-of-the-art infrastructure is located in our new Headquarters facility in Schwerzenbach, Switzerland. Our highly efficient supply chain guarantees superior Swiss Made quality and rapid delivery. We pride ourselves on maintaining close relationships with all of our suppliers and engage with them proactively in the early development stages and process to maintain the highest product quality. Proceq’s Supply Chain offers a wide range of skills such as sourcing, assembling, calibrating, quality checking and excellent servicing and repairing.

Proceq Flaw Detector 100
Incorrect or missed inspections put your component's integrity at risk. Proceq’s advanced ultrasonic flaw detectors and thickness gauges provide intuitive measurement solutions to ensure part integrity. The Proceq Flaw Detector 100 is a flexible high tech ultrasonic inspection instrument. The basic UT model can be upgraded with the Ultrasonic Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) and Phased Array (PA) modes anytime and anywhere, even on site.
Equotip leading portable hardness testing solutions
Proceq's Equotip enable the inspection of almost any object, polished parts and heat-treated surfaces. The hardness measurements are made by using the dynamic rebound testing method according to Leeb, the static Portable Rockwell hardness test and the Ultrasonic Contact Impedance (UCI) method. The rugged Swiss Made hardness testers are designed for portable hardness testing in the lab, in the workshop, at production facilities or on site. Proceq's latest innovation is Equotip Live featuring a wireless impact device, mobile app, real-time data sharing and cloud backup.
Pundit advanced ultrasonic pulse velocity and pulse echo testing
Structural defects cause serious damages and collapses. Ultrasonic testing provides information on the strength and uniformity of concrete, rock, composites, ceramics, wood, epoxy, refractory materials and can be used to detect and localize voids, pipes, cracks and defects. The ultrasonic pulse echo (UPE) technology extends ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV) applications to objects where access is restricted to a single side. Proceq offers the most versatile range of ultrasonic testing instruments.
