UltraPhase System

The UltraPhase system is unique in design. Build your perfect system from the ground up with multiple options to choose from. Choose the number of PA or ToFD inputs you need. Choose the power and data interface. Choose the distance you wish to inspect at. Choose to include a camera and laser pointer for improved inspections. You can also add accessories to your system such as ToFD probes and wedges, manual or motorised scanners and also training packages.

The UltraPhase system comes with a mounting bracket for the system. The bracket houses the unit, the camera and the laser. This mounting bracket has fixing holes that enables it to be positioned on any scanner on the market. We recommend the Jirah series of scanners as the bracket was specifically designed for this range but it is also able to be used on other brands. Fits Any Scanner Available on the Market

iProbe LITE

Introducing the iProbe LITE.  A powerful and portable multi-group Phased Array system. Over five years invested in R&D to create this revolutionary Phased Array product. Using award winning iProbe technology - the complete Phased Array system has been engineered inside the probe leading to countless benefits for a user. The multi-group system is connected to a multi-functional portable military spec rugged tablet via a detachable USB cable. The inspector is able to use our user-friendly software package for inspection setup, data collection, data analysis and reporting.

Powerful

Hi-Spec Systems have completely changed the way a portable Phased Array system should be engineered. The system uses the latest and most powerful Getac Tablet as its core computing platform. The system benefits from a i7 Dual Core Processor using an Intel HD Graphics 520 chip running on the latest Windows 10 Pro operating system. The system is able to access the substantial computing power the Getac Tablet can offer for the benefit of the inspector.

Accurate

The Phased Array system (including the pulser and receiver) is engineered inside the award winning iProbe. The system is positioned millimetres away from the transducer elements. The micro-coaxial cable is now a fraction of the length of usual Phased Array systems. The substantial reduction in the length of the micro-coaxial cable between the system and the transducer improves the signal to noise ratio. This revolutionary system provides a higher probability of detection for inspectors improving the accuracy and reliability of scan data.

UltraView® Inspection Software Package

The iProbe system comes with the UltraView inspection software package pre-installed. The simple, easy to use, touch operated inspection software works seamlessly with the UltraPhase system. The package has Phased Array and ToFDdisplays as well as great features such as large scan file sizes, the dynamic adaptive slider bar for parameter adjustment, an automatic report generator and an in-built beam ray tracer. The package is the complete inspection platform for an inspector.

Portable & Light

The most portable and light Phased Array system currently available on the market. The rugged system tablet measures 248mm x 188mm x 32.5 mm with a weight of 2.3kg. The iProbe measures 50mm x 31mm x 32 mm with  weight of 0.09kg. The total system weighs 2.39kg. The extremely portable and light system can be held easily with one hand. Many applications in extreme environments where portability and weight are an issue (e.g. rope access) can benefit from the system.

Connected

Be online and connected wherever you inspect. With 4G, GPS and Wifi options, gain all the usual benefits of a PC on your Phased Array device. Take control and remotely operate the system from anywhere in the world. Instantly send a scan straight back to HQ from the device for further opinion and analysis. Save any scan directly to the cloud for safe storage or further analysis at a later date.

Customisable

Multiple probe frequency and pitch options available that cover every possible application an inspector could come across. Easily change the probe cable if it becomes damaged or if a different length is required. Multiple wedges available with curved faces or add irrigation channels and tungsten carbide screws. A choice of probe/wedge slot positions means the iProbe fits most scanners available on the market today.

Rugged

The system benefits from the many years and millions of pounds worth of investment Getac have put into making their tablets military spec and rugged as possible. Our system is able to benefit from the Military Standard 810G certified with drop, shock, vibration, rain, dust, sand, altitude, freeze/thaw, high/low temperature, temperature shock, humidity, explosive atmosphere resistant. The system is extremely rugged with a IP65 certified sealed all-weather design. The iProbe is also IP65 rated. Our system is designed to be used in the most challenging of environments.

User-Friendly

The system benefits from our easy to use powerful touch operated inspection software. There are great features such as the simple and quick to set up ASME code compliant calibration along with the beam ray tracing utility and report generator. Use the Bluetooth mouth and keyboard included in the system to adapt the Phased Array device into a standard PC for all your inspection analysis or reporting needs. This is truly an all in one data collection, analysis and reporting system.
