We are a national Apprenticeships training provider with a proven track record in working with major employers to upskill their existing workforce and train their new recruits. We design bespoke levy and non-levy funded apprenticeship programmes which are well-received by Employers and have realised improvements in quality and productivity.
Employers value and embrace our approach because of our market knowledge and management expertise in designing and delivering large-scale company-wide Apprenticeship training to increase the skills and competencies of existing and new employees. We excel in partnership working and can bring in other expertise or work alongside other training providers if needed.
In 2017 the London Stock Exchange selected us as one of the ‘1,000 companies to inspire Europe’ and SEMTA selected us as a ‘Training Partner of the Year’ finalist – the only independent training provider on the shortlist.
We select teams of trainer-assessors for each employer client based on their industry-relevant experience so they understand the market issues and can quickly immerse themselves, understand the culture and goals and tailor appropriate Apprenticeships programmes which deliver real return on investment. Our sector expertise includes Apprenticeships for Manufacturing, Aerospace, Materials Testing, NHS Trusts, Transport and Logistics, Pharmaceuticals and other industries.

We are a Prime Contractor to the Education and Skills Funding Agency, and in addition to Apprenticeship provision we also deliver Study Programme for 16-19-year olds and Traineeships for 16-24 year olds where our expertise is in servicing the ‘gap’ between education and obtaining successful, sustained employment. We provide the preparation, advice and guidance, employability and vocational skills which widen horizons and create new opportunities for young people to gain high quality experience and make positive progressions.
We are also a Prime Contractor for the European Social Fund and Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) and are engaging some of the most disadvantaged young people and adults in our society through programmes such as Skills Support for the Unemployed and Skills Support for the Workplace which we deliver with an extensive supply chains of local delivery partners including Local Authorities, Third Sector, FE Colleges, and specialist Providers.
Our chief executive, Martin Dunford OBE, is a founder and Chairman of the Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP), and we are at the forefront of thinking and policy development in skills, education, employability and social mobility.
