Position Summary:

As a Sales Development Representative at TecScan Systems in Saint-Bruno, QC, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach for Automated Non-destructive Testing Systems and Turnkey solutions. This full-time, on-site position involves creating and managing a prospect client database, utilising various outreach methods to generate leads, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.Your focus on lead qualification and relationship building will contribute to the overall growth and success of TecScan Systems.


  • Create and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients.
  • Regularly update and categorise prospects to ensure accurate and relevant information.
  • Employ various methods, including email, phone calls, and other outreach strategies, to generate high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing initiatives to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure the seamless handover of qualified leads for further development.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement effective business development strategies.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to identify and pursue potential growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively within the team to share insights and coordinate efforts effectively.


  • Possess strong inside sales, lead generation, and sales skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • Previous experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in the technical sales industry is a plus.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both French and English.
  • Willingness to travel both within Canada and overseas.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team player.


  • Minimum of 2 years of previous Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience.


  • Canadian Passport (required).
  • Driver's License (required).

  • In-person at TecScan Systems, Saint-Bruno, QC.
