Position Summary:

Invert Robotics is recruiting a Manufacturing and maintenance Engineer for their Eindhoven, The Netherlands. They are seeking a dynamic Manufacturing & Maintenance Engineer to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of new and existing equipment, including R&D equipment.
  • Planned, executed, and reported on all in-house manufacturing activities, including custom part fabrication, electronic assembly, repair, and microcontroller programming.
  • Conduct production testing, maintain accurate records, and ensure inward goods inspections and quality control.
  • Assist with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing tasks.
  • Provide Design-For-Manufacture (DFM) feedback, review production documentation, implement production test systems and supply controlled inventory.
  • Assist with parts ordering, supplier manufacturing, and building relationships with suppliers.
  • Oversee inventory control, kitting parts for manufacture, and shipping.
  • Provide phone support for inspection services teams and leased equipment customers; manage JIRA support tickets, proactively resolve issues, and create a lessons learnt database.
  • Work with and create process flows to optimize maintenance, production, and asset management.
  • Travel overseas when required to work with other teams, suppliers, or clients.
  • Carry out any additional tasks that the company directs. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with international work experience being a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand exploded assembly diagrams.
  • Experience in manufacturing, fabricating, and maintaining high-technology products.
  • Troubleshooting, fault finding, and customer support experience.
  • Track record of building strong relationships across borders and languages.
  • Good communication skills in a technical environment.
  • Experience in a structured and process-driven product development environment.
  • 'Can-do' attitude, optimism, common sense, and a sense of humour.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and make decisions considering global impacts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and summarising skills.
  • Fluency in English; experience in NDT equipment is a plus.

Education:

Relevant Technician or Engineering Qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics)
