Position Summary:
At TUV Rheinland, we are seeking skilled Inspection Engineers (Mechanical) to ensure the quality and compliance of raw materials, and static, and rotary equipment during fabrication processes. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in all our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections on raw materials, static, and rotary equipment during fabrication, ensuring they meet specified quality standards.
- Utilize NDT Level II skills in UT, RT, MPT, and LPT to perform accurate and reliable non-destructive testing.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures during inspections.
- Document inspection results meticulously and maintains comprehensive records for future reference.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing insights and ensuring efficient completion of inspection tasks.
- Contribute to the success of the inspection team by meeting project deadlines and upholding quality standards.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the inspection process.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- Diploma holders must possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, while degree holders should have at least 5 years of experience.
- Hold valid NDT Level II certifications in UT, RT, MPT, and LPT, demonstrating expertise in non-destructive testing.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining precision and accuracy in inspections.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in utilizing relevant software and tools required for inspections.
