Position Summary:
JAN X-Ray Services, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Business Development Director to spearhead the development of market strategies in alignment with the company's growth, strategic plans, and market intelligence. Collaborating closely with Regional Directors and Division Managers, this role aims to expand the Advanced Services client base, enhance capabilities, incorporate cutting-edge technology, optimize service delivery, and bolster the employee workforce, both nationally and locally.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture a robust client relationship network, with a keen focus on identifying key target accounts across the USA. Promote specific advanced service solutions to drive company sales, expand the client portfolio, and achieve geographical growth.
- Oversee and ensure operational excellence within the JANX Advanced Services Group. This includes the management of existing and new Service Lines. Performance measurement through key performance indicators such as client satisfaction, sales objectives, annual budget attainment, and alignment with corporate initiatives and targets in collaboration with the Advanced Services Manager.
- Innovate and explore new opportunities for the Advanced Services Group. This encompasses expanding existing Service Lines, introducing new Service Lines with a strategic focus on high-margin growth, acquiring new clients, and embracing emerging technology for field applications across the USA.
- Spearheaded the development and implementation of novel technologies within the Advanced Services Group. These initiatives should drive revenue growth, enhance margin percentages, and ensure seamless client acceptance and readiness for field applications.
Education and Work Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience within an aggressive sales environment in the oil and gas service industry is mandatory.
- Equally, a minimum of 10 years of hands-on NDT experience in both fieldwork and operations is required. Proficiency in advanced NDT technology, methods, and applications, including Phased Array, UT Shearwave, and Automated UT, is essential.
- Successful candidates should possess a profound understanding of the oil and gas service industry, supported by a track record of accomplishments demonstrating business impact, creative thinking, and the cultivation of strong customer relationships.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

- Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
