Position Summary:

Eddyfi Technologies is seeking an After Sales Technician to join our dynamic after-sales service team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the calibration and maintenance of our cutting-edge instrumentation devices, both in our state-of-the-art laboratory located in Villebon-sur-Yvette and on customer sites. Expect regular domestic and international travel as part of this role, making proficiency in English essential for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calibration and Maintenance: Perform precise calibration and preventive maintenance on electronic equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Conduct thorough fault diagnoses, execute necessary repairs, and perform final quality control checks.
• Documentation: Maintain impeccable documentation to ensure traceability for every intervention.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to comprehend their requirements and provide tailored solutions during on-site interventions.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

Your Skills:

• Education: Hold a degree in electronics or measurements with a focus on instrumentation.
• Experience: Possess a minimum of two years of experience in after-sales service, particularly on electronic products.
• Travel: Be available for travel, including international trips, when required.
• Customer-Centric: Demonstrate an ability to work in an environment with stringent customer satisfaction requirements.
• Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in both French and English.
