Applied Technical Services, LLC is currently seeking a Vibration Analyst for our subsidiary company, Advantage Reliability Services, in Cayuga, IN. Advantage Reliability Services specializes in providing tailored maintenance approaches to businesses, considering industry insights, specific needs, and workflow requirements to ensure optimal machinery performance.
- As a Vibration Analyst, you will collaborate with the Reliability Engineering teams to:
- Conduct vibration testing programs for various equipment in the facilities.
- Perform testing efficiently to meet deadlines and workload demands.
- Review customer specifications to support testing requirements.
- Manage projects, ensuring quality, timely completion, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of all testing and strictly adhere to internal QA policies.
- Engage in data collection activities as directed.
- Potentially perform ultrasonic and infrared testing.
- Technical Requirements:
- Certification as a Category III Vibration Analyst; Category II certification may be considered.
- Experience with Emerson CSI software highly preferred.
- Proficient mechanical skills.
- Experience in pulp and paper mills highly desirable.
- Proficiency with computers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
- Demonstrates honesty and integrity.
- Ability to interface effectively with clients as part of the service organization.
- Capable of multitasking and adapting to various test procedures and methods quickly.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Can handle fast-changing priorities in a quality-driven environment.
- Possesses a positive ""can-do"" attitude.
