NDT Technician Level II

Position Summary:

I.S.T. NDT S.r.l. is seeking 4 qualified Level II NDT Technicians to join our growing team in Italy. They are looking for experienced professionals certified to EN ISO 9712 standards in Visual Testing (VT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT). The successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of documented experience working as Level II technicians in these methods. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects across construction sites in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Visual Testing (VT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) on materials and components to detect defects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Calibrate and set up NDT equipment for accurate testing and inspections.
• Document and report inspection results clearly and accurately, providing detailed feedback on equipment and material conditions.
• Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with EN ISO 9712 standards and client-specific requirements.
• Work effectively within a team to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
• Be willing to travel between sites in Italy and France as required by project demands.

Requirements:

• EN ISO 9712 Level II certification in VT, PT, MT, and UT methods.
• A minimum of 5 years of documented experience working as a Level II NDT technician in the required methods.
• Strong knowledge of NDT equipment, procedures, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Italian is desirable; English proficiency is a plus.
• Must be able to work at various construction sites in both Italy and France.
